Colorado Springs, et al

As I was about to send some of my pictures around to friend s and coworkers from my recent trip to Colorado, I decided that I would finally jump in and create my blog, using the pictures as a lure for people to come and visit. Because, really, who wants to write things that no one reads? Ok fine.. some people write diaries/journals that are personal and private, but why would one do a "private" thang out here in cyberspace?

So, here are three different photo albums/slideshows. You can click on that image to be take you to the photo album to view at your own leisure. :)

Let's see how this works.

This first Slide Deck shows The Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, and then takes us on the Cog Train to Pikes Peak.



The next Slide Deck shows Day 2 of our adventure, where we began in the quirky little town of Manitou Springs, travelled to the Royal Gorge, and then stopped by the US Air Force Academy on our way back to Denver.



Finally, this last Slide Deck is pictures that were taken from my cell phone camera. You'll notice the difference in quality. :)



MAN... did we get a lot of touristing done in one and a half days?!?!? :)
